These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from Just Kicks (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing products from Just Kicks, either in-store or online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Just Kicks specialises in authentic sneakers and streetwear products.
All items sold by Just Kicks follow a verifcation process for authenticity before being offered for sale. Many products are sourced from collectors, authorised retailers, and secondary markets.
Due to the nature of the resale market, some items may have been previously stored or handled but will always be clearly described if this is the case.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change at any time without notice due to market demand, supplier pricing, or resale market fluctuations.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error has occurred.

Major credit/debit cards
Online payment providers where available
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received

Due to the limited and collectible nature of many of our products, plus the varying condition of our pre-loved selection of sneakers and vintage clothing, all sales are final.
However, under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
Is faulty or defective
Is significantly different from the description
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Minor manufacturing differences
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return in the case of a faulty item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at (Email Here). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. -
For online orders:
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping provider and destination.
Just Kicks is not responsible for delays or damage to goods caused by shipping carriers.

Many products sold by Just Kicks are limited release or hard-to-find items.
As a result:
Stock is limited
Items may sell out quickly
We cannot guarantee restocks
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

Just Kicks respects customer privacy and will only collect personal information necessary to process orders and provide services.
Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to fulfil orders.

To the extent permitted by law, Just Kicks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights granted under Australian Consumer Law.
